About Linda Cover Linda Cover is a teaching artist living and working at the Tannery Arts Center, Santa Cruz. She has over 20 years teaching experience. Her unique curriculum includes observational drawing and habitat explorations through animals living everywhere on our planet. Foe the 2025 semester, young artists will be drawing pets of all kinds. Students work with a variety of mediums, learn observational drawing skills, explore color, shapes, shading. textures, make decisions about their art, critique their own work, as well as gaining valuable knowledge about the world through their animals. Student art has been exhibited widely. Currently as art banners on the San Lorenzo River Walkway . Other opportunities include Art on the Bus, ), murals, exhibits at Sutter Hospital permanent collection, exhibits at coffee shops, libraries, restaurants, and government centers , local, national and international acclaim through exhibits, contests and publications.
